This is a first try at a PC Engine emulator for the GBA.
It's slow, no sound, not all games even start... no US games at all.

But there are actually games that are enjoyable:
1943 Kai (J) - Takes some time before it starts, but runs ok.
After Burner II (J) - sprite/background glitches, but cool game =)
Alien Crush (J) - some sprite glitches.
Atomic Robokid Special (J)
Bomberman 93 - Background flashes
Galaga '88 (J)
Gradius (J) - Backgrounds are wrong
Kyuukyoku Tiger (J)
Mr. Heli - Screen to wide, otherwise ok.
Neutopia II (J) - Slow paced, otherwise seem ok.
Operation Wolf (J) - Takes some time before it starts.
Parodius (J) - Backgrounds are wrong
Raiden (J) - a bit slow, sprite glitches.
Tenseiryu Saint Dragon (J) - Good speed, background messed.
Xevious (J) - Intro wrong.

These are just suggestions, please try what ever game you like
(no use in trying US games though).
Don't use overdumps as these are evil on PC Engine.
I've only had the rombuilder for 1 day,
so I haven't debugged more then 4 games.

When the emulator start use Up/Down to select game, then use
B or A to close the game select.
L+R gets you to the (invisible) menu, Right or Up
steps to restart where you push A to restart so
you can select a game again.
This is all built around PocketNES so the menus will be there in the future.

Don't try to send me bug reports as they are quite useless right now.
Please someone build a compatibility webpage.

Some things to consider regarding emulation:
PCE has 64kByte of VRAM which can be all background or all sprites,
GBA has 64kByte background and 32kByte sprite VRAM.
The PCE CPU runs at either 1.78MHz (like the NES) or at 7.2MHz,
the GBA CPU runs at 16MHz.
